🌿 About the Therapist
Hey there!

I created this practice with the intention of offering something many people struggle to find in therapy; a space that feels both safe enough to be fully seen and grounded enough to support real, lasting growth.

My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, with a focus on helping individuals better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck. I believe that many of the challenges people face are not signs of something being “wrong,” but rather meaningful responses to life experiences that deserve care, curiosity, and respect.

I have experience supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. I know that reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and you don’t have to come in with the “right words” or a clear starting point. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can truly feel at ease—where you’re able to move at your own pace. Some days that might look like gently processing deeper experiences, and other days it might simply mean having a place to land, breathe, and feel heard without judgment.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I’ll meet you with empathy and honesty, while also supporting you in exploring new perspectives and understanding yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership—one where you feel supported, respected, and never rushed. Change doesn’t have to be forced to be meaningful; often, it grows naturally when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.

At Sunflower & Sage Therapy, I hold space for both parts of the healing process—the courage it takes to face what’s difficult, and the quiet, steady hope that growth is possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way yet.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I’m here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

I'm always open to questions! Feel free to reach out via the contact button or the email below!
