The Logistics
Often times the first session feels a little...odd. To make sure that your needs are met and we understand your goals, this session may feel more like an interview and less like a conversation. We'll talk about your goals for therapy, what's bringing you to start, how often symptoms bother you, what therapy you've tried before, etc.
